This freebie has 4 different options for printing fraction bars. You can choose the one that is best for your class.
1) Blank Fraction Bars
2) Colored Fraction Bars
3) Labeled Fraction Bars
4) Colored and Labeled Fraction Bars
You can choose to have students cut out each fractional piece so they can move them around pull out two fractions at once to compare. If you do this, I strongly suggest copying the pages on cardstock to improve durability.
Alternatively you can have students cut out the large rectangle on the page and glue the graphic in a math notebook. Students can then use this resource to compare fractions.
